Homemade pizza with sausage and cheese
You can use absolutely any dough for pizza with sausage and cheese: yeast, puff pastry, unleavened, designed for thin or, conversely, thick rolling. By the way, pizza with thin crust, as intended, remains Italian. But on the fat one it is considered American, because it is in the USA that they prefer to make it plump and curvy.
The simplest recipe for pizza with sausage and cheese consists of: ready-made dough (any choice, as already mentioned), sauce for the base (classic, which can be replaced with regular ketchup), one type of sausage and one type of cheese. Sausage can be boiled or smoked (easily replaced with ham), the same with cheese.
In principle, you can stop with this composition, because the pizza will turn out delicious. And so that it is not too boring, you can supplement it with any vegetables, fruits, mushrooms, herbs. Classic ingredients will be: bell peppers, onions, olives, olives, tomatoes, hot peppers. But once you use your imagination and a certain amount of courage, the list can be supplemented with: corn, peas, carrots, pumpkin, minced meat, frozen assorted vegetables from sets, and so on - the choice is limitless.
The procedure for making pizza with cheese and sausage is the same as always. The dough is rolled out, thin or thick. Lubricate with sauce (you can make it yourself by choosing the appropriate recipe). And, relying on imagination, they picturesquely scatter the filling cut into pieces over the surface. You can cut into cubes, slices or strips. On top of all the splendor, sprinkle with grated cheese or lay out cheese medallions (for example, mozzarella slices).
