STEP 1
How to make a quick pizza in a frying pan with sausage and cheese? Prepare the necessary ingredients.
STEP 2
Start making pizza with dough. To do this, beat eggs into a bowl, add mayonnaise, sour cream, add salt to taste and mix everything with a whisk.
STEP 3
Add a pinch of Italian herbs to the bowl for aroma and mix thoroughly again.
STEP 4
Sift flour into a bowl and add baking powder. Thanks to sifting, the flour will be saturated with oxygen, and the finished pizza base will be more tender. STEP 5
Mix all ingredients thoroughly with a whisk and set the bowl with the finished dough aside.
STEP 6
Prepare pizza toppings. You can choose any sausage you like. Adjust the number of olives to your taste. Cherry tomatoes can be replaced with any fresh tomatoes. Cut semi-smoked sausage and olives into pieces.
STEP 7
Wash the tomatoes, dry and cut into thin slices. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
STEP 8
Heat a frying pan over medium heat with a small amount of vegetable oil. Pour the dough into the frying pan, reduce the heat and cover the frying pan with a lid for literally one minute so that the dough “seizes” a little.
STEP 9
Place sliced sausage on the dough, apply ketchup over the sausage with a mesh. Add chopped olives, tomatoes, Italian herbs and ground black pepper to taste.
STEP 10
Sprinkle grated cheese generously on top and, covering the pan with a lid, leave on the stove until the cheese is completely melted.
STEP 11
Garnish the top of the pizza with dill and parsley.
STEP 12
Transfer the pizza from the pan to a plate, cut into portions and serve. Bon appetit everyone!
