I accidentally saw on the website a recipe for quick pizza in a frying pan with sausage and cheese. Without delay, I prepared it for breakfast. Making this delicious pizza is easy and simple! I have a frying pan with a diameter of 24 cm, judging by the amount of dough products it would turn out to be a bit much. Using the site's calculator, I reduced the portions, guided by the number of eggs (2 pcs.). The thickness of the dough turned out to be like thick sour cream, it is homogeneous and viscous. As indicated in the recipe, I waited until the dough “grabbed”, and then I coated it with sauce and added the filling. I added dried basil and a drop of mayonnaise to the sauce. My filling consists of sausages, juicy tomato slices and cheese. Bake the pizza covered for 15 minutes on low heat. It turned out very tasty! The base was well baked, became porous and soft. It is neither dry nor wet, but just right). An excellent option for breakfast or snack.
