STEP 1

How to bake zucchini in the oven with minced meat and cheese? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Take small, young zucchini. These zucchini have a soft skin and the core with seeds has not yet ripened. You can buy minced meat ready-made or make it yourself by grinding the meat through a meat grinder. STEP 2

Peel the onions and garlic and rinse in cold water. Onions for minced meat can be minced through a meat grinder, chopped in a chopper, or simply finely chopped. Mix chopped onion and garlic with minced meat. Add some salt and spices.
STEP 3

Cut the zucchini into small stumps, 4-6 cm high. Make a depression in the center by removing the core. There is no need to make a hole all the way through. Leave a small bottom. It is convenient to cut out the core with a teaspoon.
STEP 4

For baking, take any heat-resistant form - glass, ceramic or metal. Grease the bottom and sides of the mold with a little vegetable oil and lay out the prepared zucchini. Fill each zucchini with prepared minced meat. Press it firmly.
STEP 5

Brush the minced meat with sour cream on top.
STEP 6

Wash the tomatoes, dry and cut into slices. Place a slice of tomato on each zucchini.
STEP 7

Grate the cheese on a fine grater and sprinkle it over all the zucchini. Place the dish with the zucchini in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 30 minutes. During baking, juice will appear from the zucchini and have time to evaporate. And the zucchini themselves will become soft.
