So I prepared zucchini according to this recipe, but I decided to add rice to the minced meat, just like in hedgehogs. I decided not to add tomatoes and cheese, but put onions and carrots on top and poured sour cream on top. It turned out very tasty and juicy. Thanks for the idea of ​​baking zucchini.

During the zucchini season, I want to prepare as many dishes from them as possible. Today I made stuffed zucchini. The only meat I had was lean pork, which was perfect for stuffing. In addition to onions and garlic, I added half a bunch of parsley to the minced meat, as well as the zucchini pulp left after cutting out the “cups”. The result was a juicy, aromatic filling. I didn't use cheese. I had to bake it a little longer, at the end I also turned on the convection for 5 minutes. The dish turned out very tasty, even when cold. The zucchini was saturated with meat juice, the flesh became soft, but not boiled. The skin is elastic, just the way I like it) An excellent dish for a snack or dinner with a vegetable salad.

Finally, I found an interesting recipe for zucchini, and the first thing I wanted to note is that if you don’t cover it with foil, then everything will remain raw. The time then needs to be increased very significantly. I had to cover it with foil and... everything worked out ☺.
