From ground beef
It is not always the case that store-bought ready-made ground beef will be of satisfactory quality. Often unscrupulous manufacturers add to it something that shouldn’t be there. As for laws, in Russia, unfortunately, there is no such quality control as, say, in the USA. Where there are rules specifically for minced beef. Ground beef recipes include local favorite hamburgers. And there should be no fat in the minced meat for them, although it may be included in the sandwich itself. In France, up to 20 percent fat is allowed, in Germany - up to 15. In Russian stores you can come across minced meat, which may contain barely half of the meat; the rest is by-products and fats.
It is for this reason that many housewives prefer to make minced beef themselves. Fortunately, this is easy to do with a regular manual meat grinder. You can prepare many delicious and satisfying dishes from ground beef: cutlets, dumplings, meatballs, meatballs, rolls, pies, cabbage rolls.
