It didn't take me long to cook spaghetti with meatballs in tomato sauce. For the base of the tomato sauce, I used homemade tomato juice, and instead of a slice of white bread, I took 15g breadcrumbs and added 30ml of warm boiled water to it. I liked the idea of ​​adding grated hard cheese to the minced meat. I used dried basil for the sauce. It turned out to be very easy to form the meatballs, they turned out even and after cooking they kept their shape well. It was a tasty and aromatic lunch!
