STEP 1

How to make minced meat cutlets in a frying pan? Prepare everything you need for this. Minced meat can be used from any type of meat. I take half the pork and the beef. You can prepare minced meat yourself by grinding the meat through a meat grinder or buy it ready-made.
STEP 2

To prepare the cutlet mass, take a deep bowl and combine both types of minced meat in it. Peel the onion, rinse in cold water and pass through a meat grinder or chop using a chopper. Add chopped onion to the bowl with the minced meat.
STEP 3

Then add the egg. Add a little salt and spices to taste. And at this stage I add mayonnaise to the cutlet mass. It is mayonnaise and a large amount of onion that gives the finished cutlets juiciness. Even when cooled, the cutlets will be juicy and tasty. Mix all ingredients well until smooth and beat the mixture a little on the bottom of the bowl.
STEP 4

Roll some minced meat in breadcrumbs and form into cutlets.
STEP 5

Pour a little vegetable oil into a hot frying pan and place the cutlets. Fry them on both sides for 3-4 minutes until golden brown. There is no need to make a big fire. The cutlets should be cooked inside and not burnt on the outside.
