Mix all ingredients well until smooth and beat the mixture a little on the bottom of the bowl.

I prepared the minced meat myself from chicken breast and pork ham. With the addition of mayonnaise and onions it turned out very juicy. I beat the minced meat several times. I prepared minced meat cutlets in a frying pan. I used minced pork. After adding all the ingredients (onions, eggs, mayonnaise), the minced meat turned out to be a very soft consistency, but after I beat it directly in the cup, it acquired the necessary viscosity.
