    Rinse chicken meat in running water and dry. Then cut into very small pieces. To make it easier to cut, the meat can be frozen a little. Frozen meat can be cut even smaller.

    Peel the onion and rinse in cold water. Then the onion must be chopped. To do this, you can chop it very finely with a sharp knife or use a chopper. Combine chicken meat and onion.

    Finely chop the washed greens and add to the bowl. Then break the egg and add starch. To make the cutlets juicier, add sour cream. Add a little salt and spices to taste.

My husband and son love chicken cutlets! And I’m too lazy to take out a meat grinder every time, grind and wash. This recipe worked out great! Fast and easy! I didn’t add any greens, I wasn’t at home, and I took dried garlic, it’s not so vigorous. I added salt and pepper from the spices. I was very pleased with the onions, I love them everywhere - any dish has a special taste! The cutlets are tender, homemade! The child was welcomed with a bang! We gobbled it up on both cheeks with a side dish and cooled it down for a sandwich with a loaf of bread! Thanks to the author!
