I really liked the squid salad with fresh cucumber and egg. There are only three ingredients, but the salad turned out simply delicious! For convenience and harmony, I cut everything into strips. Boil the squid for exactly a minute in boiling salted water. They were not cleaned, but under the influence of high temperature all the films were easily removed. Dressed the salad with mayonnaise and lemon juice. In addition to salt, I added a mixture of freshly ground peppers for flavor and a little spice. The salad is very tender, tasty, juicy! Just the thing for squid lovers).
