STEP 1
How to make a salad with squid, cheese, egg and cucumber? Prepare the necessary ingredients. You can take any cheese you like: hard, semi-hard, processed.
STEP 2
Pre-defrost the squid, peel the skin and inside. Remove the thin transparent film from the squid carcass. Place seafood in boiling salted water and bring to a boil. Cook the squid over moderate heat for about 1 minute. Take them out of the water in time to prevent them from becoming hard.

Cool the finished squids, cut into thin strips.
STEP 4
Peel the red onion and cut into small cubes. To remove excess bitterness from the onion, pour boiling water over it and leave until it cools. Drain the water.
STEP 5
Boil the eggs. How to hard boil eggs? To prevent eggs from cracking during cooking, place them in cold water and cook over low heat. Boil the eggs for 9 minutes after boiling, then cover with cold water and cool. The shell will be better cleaned from a sharp temperature change. Save two egg yolks for the top layer of the salad. Cut the remaining eggs into strips.

Wash the cucumbers and dry them. Cut off the ends of the fruits. If the skin is not rough, not damaged and not bitter, there is no need to cut it off. Cut the cucumbers into strips.

Grate the hard cheese on a coarse grater.
STEP 8
You can use a cooking ring to form the salad. Place it on a flat plate. Place the prepared squid on the bottom and press down lightly.

Top the squid with red onion.
STEP 10
Apply mayonnaise to the resulting layer.
STEP 11
Then add the cucumbers. Level and lightly press each layer of lettuce.

Mayonnaise mesh again.
STEP 13
Place chopped eggs on the cucumbers and mayonnaise on top.

The next layer is grated cheese.
STEP 15
Cover the cheese layer with a mayonnaise mesh.

Finish the salad with finely grated yolks. Place the salad in the refrigerator for 1 hour to soak.

Before serving, remove the ring and decorate the salad as desired and to your taste.
