We use “our” vegetables for preparing salads, roasting hot dishes (soups, borscht, cabbage soup, stews), putting them in stews, caviar and lecho, stuffing them, and baking them. In appetizers and salad recipes, bell peppers are placed raw - peeled from the stalk and seeds and cut (in cubes or strips, easier on the inside, so the knife does not leave the smooth peel). It happens that it is dried and stored in oil, or baked in the oven, the skin is removed, and the tender pulp is used in the recipe. Tasty and at the same time varied. Stuffed is a special home dish in every family. It takes a long time to prepare, but the taste is amazing. For the filling, according to the classic Russian recipe, pork, beef, rice and onions (and spices) are taken. This vegetable is stewed in tomato sauce (sometimes sour cream). Modern versions of this dish make your eyes widen and your stomach want everything at once.
