    Peel the carrots and onions, cut the onions into small pieces, and grate the carrots on a coarse grater.

I discovered a new and delicious recipe: lentils with vegetables, thanks to the recipe from the site’s author. It really is quick and easy to prepare. The only thing is I didn't add pepper. I cut the onion into small cubes and grated the carrots on a fine grater. Lightly simmer the spices (paprika and turmeric) in a frying pan. Then I added the onions and carrots and fried them for a short time. Next, I added lentils, water, salt, stirred and left to simmer until the lentils were ready. At the end of cooking, I added chopped parsley. A very tasty dish, you can eat it on its own without any additions. Many thanks to the author for the recipe and I recommend it for cooking 😘
