STEP 1

How to bake potato wedges in the oven? Take the products from the list. Select 5-6 medium sized potato tubers. Take refined vegetable (sunflower or olive) oil with a high smoke point. Choose any spices to suit your taste.
STEP 2

Rinse the potatoes thoroughly with a brush under running water, peel them and dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.

Cut the tubers into small equal-sized slices.
STEP 4

Place the potatoes in a mold, salt and pepper, sprinkle with curry, Provençal herbs, sprinkle with refined vegetable oil and mix well. You can use ready-made spices intended for potatoes. In this case, be sure to read the ingredients on the package. If it already contains salt, take this into account when you add salt to the dish, otherwise you risk oversalting it. Place the potatoes in a baking dish.
STEP 5

Place the pan in an oven preheated to 180-200 °C and bake the potatoes for about 1 hour. Delicious potato wedges will be even crispier if you turn on the grill or fan at the end of cooking (10-15 minutes before the end of baking). Also remember that everyone's oven is different, so your time and temperature may vary. Focus on the features of your technology.
STEP 6

The oven-baked potatoes turned out incredibly appetizing and aromatic. Serve hot, crispy potato wedges with meat or fish. Before serving, potatoes can be sprinkled with chopped dill. You can add garlic oil. To do this, in a small container, mix vegetable oil and garlic (2-3 cloves) passed through a press. Bon appetit!
