First, prepare the sauce so that it sits for a while and all the flavors combine well. To do this, add chopped parsley, pressed garlic, salt and pepper to the sour cream and mix everything well.

Cut the chicken breast into small pieces.

Fry the chicken meat in hot vegetable oil until tender, stirring constantly.

Transfer the finished meat to a bowl to cool.

Next, cut it into even smaller pieces.

Wash the cucumber, trim the ends and cut it into thin strips or small pieces of arbitrary shape.

Wash the pepper, remove seeds and cut into strips.

Wash the tomatoes and cut them into small cubes or just small pieces.

Shred the cabbage thinly.
