Homemade adjika with apples, carrots and peppers
Spicy adjika according to the correct Abkhaz recipe - fast and tasty! Although adjika is considered a seasoning of Abkhazian cuisine, it is loved by many peoples of our planet, and they are happy to serve this seasoning with their main food. Each country prepares it differently, just as each housewife has her own favorite way of preparing it, although only in Abkhazia can it be prepared correctly, exactly following the culinary recipe. But that’s it, preparing it at home is much better than buying it in stores of unknown origin.
Attention: this is a modified recipe that does not apply to Abkhazian cuisine

I’ve never tried adjika before, I’ve never even tried to cook it. But I decided to take a risk. On the first try it turned out amazing, all thanks to your recipe! With meat dishes - it turns out simply gorgeous :) An unusual and risky combination of apples with pepper and garlic, but incredibly tasty! I express my gratitude to the author of the recipe for such a find :)
