If you, like me, prefer homemade minced meat, then I recommend mincing the meat twice to make it softer. I have minced beef. Cover the minced meat with cling film and leave to rest in the refrigerator for a while.

    Pour cold filtered water into a saucepan and place it over medium heat. Do not add salt yet, this will allow the water to boil faster.

    Heat sunflower oil in a non-stick frying pan and add finely chopped onions. Fry it over medium heat until golden brown.

    Place spaghetti vertically in a boiling pot! water and, as the spaghetti softens, use a spoon to help it completely submerge in the water. Then salt the water to taste.

    Cook spaghetti, stirring occasionally, for one minute less than package directions. I simmered mine for six minutes after bringing the water back to a boil. But everyone's spaghetti is different, so follow the instructions. While the spaghetti is cooking, let's make the minced meat.

Today I needed to quickly prepare something tasty for main course. After looking at the recipes, I decided on spaghetti with minced meat and tomato paste. Immediately put the pan of water for the spaghetti on the fire. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry chopped onions. Added minced pork to it and fried for 1 minute. Then I laid out a diced tomato, which replaced the tomato paste, and salted it. I also added one clove of garlic and green onions, which were not in the recipe (I was preparing a salad of fresh vegetables for lunch, there was a little garlic and onion left). I fried the minced meat with vegetables for 6 minutes. I washed the boiled spaghetti with cold water, let it drain, put the spaghetti in a frying pan with the minced meat, and stirred carefully. The result was a tasty, aromatic and satisfying dish. I made it without hassle or standing at the stove for a long time. The whole cooking took me about 30 minutes.
