  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make pasta with salmon in creamy sauce? Prepare your food. It’s good if you take fresh fish, but if it’s frozen, then defrost it first. A ready-made fillet, a whole fish or a part of it, will do; you just need to fillet it yourself. It’s better to take hard cheese, I used Parmesan. Cream 20%. Choose pasta from durum varieties of good quality.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Heat a frying pan over medium heat, pour vegetable oil into it and lightly fry the peeled garlic clove in it. The garlic itself will not participate in the dish; it is only necessary that it impart its aroma to the oil. Remove the fried garlic from the pan.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Rinse the salmon fillet under running water, dry with a paper towel and cut into squares. Place the chopped fish in the aromatic oil and fry over medium heat, stirring on all sides, for about 5 minutes.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Add salt, pepper, and dry spices to the fried fish pieces. I add Provençal herbs, you can add your favorite. Stir until the fish is evenly coated with the spices.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Pour heavy cream into the fish (it should cover the fish pieces by half), stir and simmer over low heat for 7-10 minutes. In this step, if you wish, you can add grated hard cheese directly to the sauce, stir it and serve immediately. Or you can sprinkle cheese on a ready-made pasta dish.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Pour the selected pasta into boiling salted water and cook until tender according to the instructions on the package. I recommend cooking the pasta and frying the fish at the same time so that they are ready at the same time. I chose bows for this recipe; they cook for about ten minutes. Place the finished pasta in a colander to drain excess liquid.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Serve pasta with salmon hot. Place cooked hot pasta on each plate, place pieces of salmon on top and pour aromatic sauce over everything. Sprinkle grated cheese on top of the hot dish. A glass of white wine goes perfectly with this dish. Bon appetit!

I tried pasta with salmon for the first time in a restaurant, and I really liked the combination of fish and creamy sauce! Years later I got together and prepared it myself. Thanks to the author for the recipe. I'm full and satisfied))

I’m wondering what kind of paste you eat, toothpaste, tomato paste, Goya grinding paste or Sanita washing paste? When you write a recipe in Russian, write pasta correctly, because pasta in Russian has a different meaning, and Pasta in Italian is translated as pasta.

We look in the Italian-Russian dictionary: Pasta (Italian) - pasta, pasta, pasta, spaghetti. Next we look at the Russian dictionary of foreign words: PASTAFrench. paste, pate, dough, medieval-Latin, Prov., Spanish, etc. pasta, from lat. pascere, feed, support. Thus, the word pasta still exists in Russian. Both in the meaning of dough and in the meaning of dough products. Dictionary for 1865. Another thing is that not everyone knows about it. But this, so to speak, is about personal outlook, and not about the author of the recipe) And Anya’s recipe is wonderful.
