An interesting and quite simple recipe for a delicious casserole. It turns out really satisfying. Unlike this recipe, during cooking I salted it not when I laid it in layers, but when I directly fried each ingredient. And before putting it in the oven, I poured it with bechamel sauce, this makes the casserole juicier.

And instead of foil, the top layer can be covered with a layer of mayonnaise, and only then (15-20 minutes) before the end of cooking, sprinkle with cheese. Well, adding garlic to the minced meat is not an option. Or you can mix it with cheese, it will be more appetizing. Instead of table salt, I recommend glurinate, just a little. And you won’t need salt and the flavor will be better.
