Step-by-step preparation

STEP 1
Peel the potatoes and cut into thin slices.
STEP 2
Wash the eggplants and tomatoes. We also cut them into circles.
STEP 3
Take a grill pan and fry the eggplants on both sides over high heat.
STEP 4
Chop onion and basil. Add pepper, salt, organegano, onion and basil to the minced meat. Mix everything thoroughly.
STEP 5
Next, place in a baking dish greased with olive oil in the following sequence: Potatoes in 2 layers/Salt, pepper/Eggplant/Grated cheese/Layer of minced meat/Again layer of potatoes/Salt, pepper/Tomatoes/Grated cheese/Again layer of potatoes/Salt, pepper /Cover with foil and place in an oven preheated to 220 degrees for 50 minutes. After this time, remove the foil, sprinkle with cheese and keep in the oven for another 10 minutes

An interesting and quite simple recipe for a delicious casserole. It turns out really satisfying. Unlike this recipe, during cooking I salted it not when I laid it in layers, but when I directly fried each ingredient. And before putting it in the oven, I poured it with bechamel sauce, this makes the casserole juicier.

And instead of foil, the top layer can be covered with a layer of mayonnaise, and only then (15-20 minutes) before the end of cooking, sprinkle with cheese. Well, adding garlic to the minced meat is not an option. Or you can mix it with cheese, it will be more appetizing. Instead of table salt, I recommend glurinate, just a little. And you won’t need salt and the flavor will be better.
