STEP 1

It can be pork, beef, chicken or mixed minced meat. Take long-grain steamed rice - it remains crumbly when cooked and is less overcooked. The proportions of rice, cabbage and minced meat can be slightly changed to suit your taste.
STEP 2
Peel the onions and carrots and rinse them in running water to remove any dirt. Finely chop the onion and grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
STEP 3
Pour a little vegetable oil into a hot frying pan and fry the onions and carrots for 3-4 minutes over low heat.

Then add minced meat to the pan. Mix it with vegetables and fry everything together until the minced meat changes color.
STEP 5
At this time, start preparing the cabbage. Remove the top wrinkled leaves from the head of cabbage and cut it in half. Finely chop the required amount of cabbage.

STEP 9
