I prepared stewed cabbage with minced meat and rice in a frying pan for dinner - an easy to prepare and wonderful tasting dish. I liked using the beef in the form of minced meat, and not in pieces, because it cooks much faster this way and does not affect the taste - the meat is not tough, the dish is filling. At first I didn’t add garlic or spices, but after trying it, I still threw in a pinch of dry oregano and frozen curly parsley. It turned out great! Thanks for the recipe!
