First, I fried the meat with onions and carrots, and then added cabbage and simmered for about 10 minutes, because... My cabbage was tough. Then I added potatoes and spices. From the spices I took black pepper, paprika and vegetable seasoning. It turned out to be a very tasty stew with tomato sauce. All the vegetables became soft, saturated with meat juice and spices. It was a fragrant hot dinner.
