How to make pork gravy in a frying pan? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Choose pork without bones and almost no fat. You can change the proportions with vegetables to your taste.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Rinse the selected meat in running water and dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture. Cut the meat into small pieces.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Pour vegetable oil into a hot frying pan and fry the chopped meat for about 5-7 minutes until it begins to brown.

  4. STEP 4

Gravy is always worthy and practical; it can be served with any side dish. And the meat gravy is wonderful and satisfying. Pork meat gravy in a frying pan is very tasty, aromatic and rich. Cooking is easy. I took homemade pork, a little fatty, chopped it up and fried it. Added onions and carrots and stewed as described in the recipe. For the sauce, I mixed flour, water, and tomato paste. From the spices I added meat seasoning and salt. Simmered the meat in the sauce until thickened. An excellent dish, very aromatic and tasty. Served meat sauce with pasta. A wonderful dish for an everyday table for the whole family. The meat was tender, the vegetables were soft, and the gravy was delicious. I advise everyone to try it! Thank you!

I made pork gravy in a frying pan for lunch. I had pork with fat. Having removed it, I cut the meat into small pieces and fried it in vegetable oil. As soon as the meat was covered with a golden brown crust, I added onions and carrots, fried everything together for another 3 minutes. Then I poured hot water, salted it and left to simmer for 30 minutes. After that I added 1 tbsp. l. tomato paste, grated garlic clove and bay leaf (it wasn’t in the recipe, I added it myself), continued cooking, leaving the meat on low heat for another 5 minutes. It turned out very fragrant! The meat became soft, juicy and so appetizing! I served it with boiled rice. I poured more gravy into my plate to make it juicy and tasty! Thank you very much for the recipe!
