How to make pork gravy in a frying pan? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Choose pork without bones and almost no fat. You can change the proportions with vegetables to your taste.

Rinse the selected meat in running water and dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture. Cut the meat into small pieces.

Pour vegetable oil into a hot frying pan and fry the chopped meat for about 5-7 minutes until it begins to brown.
