To prepare the dough, mix kefir with soda, sugar and salt. Gradually add sifted flour and knead the dough. Do not add all the flour at once. You may need a little more or less flour than indicated in the recipe.

Be guided by the consistency of the finished dough. It turns out soft, plastic and does not stick to your hands. Leave it to sit for a while.
STEP 4
At this time, start preparing the filling. Peel the onion, rinse in cold water and finely chop. Add the chopped onion to the bowl with the minced meat. Add a little salt and spices to taste. Mix all ingredients until smooth.

Divide the finished dough into 6 parts.

The fried flatbreads will turn a delicious golden color. Remove the finished cake from the pan and immediately grease it with hot butter. Flatbreads taste better in oil - it will melt and imbue the dough with a creamy taste.
