It seemed to me that I had already tried to make any kind of dough, but potato dough was something new! I boiled the potatoes, but did not measure their quantity (but in vain, for the first time it would have been easier to navigate when adding flour and kneading the dough). The dough turned out to be very viscous and did not look like dough at all for a long time; when working with it, you had to use a scraper and wet your hands in cold water to form balls. Now I understand that I should have simply not been afraid to add more flour or generously sprinkle it on the work surface and the cake preparations. My flatbreads turned out very tender and soft inside. Of course, these are very tasty, both I and my family liked them, but I think that the additional amount of flour, even if it made the structure of the finished cakes coarser, would not affect their taste in any way, but would greatly simplify the cooking process. I was pleased with the flatbreads and made some useful conclusions about the potato dough. I’ll have to learn how to make this kind of dough in the future, because both my husband and children (and myself, naturally) liked it. Thanks for the recipe!
