STEP 1
How to make bulgur with minced meat? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Minced meat can be used from any type of meat. Rinse prunes in hot water in advance.
STEP 2
Peel the onions and carrots and rinse them to remove dirt. Then chop the vegetables. Simply chop the onion, and the carrots can be diced or grated.
STEP 3
Cut the washed prunes into pieces.
STEP 4
Heat a frying pan until hot and pour in a little vegetable oil. Add chopped onions and carrots and fry them for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally. During this time, the onion will become more transparent.
STEP 5
Add chopped prunes to the vegetables in the pan. Stir. and fry the vegetables along with the prunes for another 2-3 minutes.
STEP 6
Then place the minced meat in a frying pan and fry it over high heat until it completely changes color.
STEP 7
Add a little salt and spices to taste. Choose spices to your taste. I added some ground pepper and paprika.
STEP 8
Then place the bulgur in the pan and fill everything with hot water. Stir, cover and cook over low heat for about 15 minutes. During this time, the minced meat will have time to fully cook, and the bulgur will become soft and increase in size, having absorbed all the water.
STEP 9
Bulgur with minced meat is ready! Stir, arrange on plates and serve. Bon appetit!
