I decided to make Mexican bean soup. In terms of composition and method of preparation, it differs from the usual soups, but my family was pleased with the result. I used minced pork. I fried it. Instead of tomatoes in their own juice, I took some fresh tomatoes - cut them without removing the crust, and tomato paste. Replaced the meat broth with plain water. For my taste, the broth from the minced meat is enough. I combined all the ingredients, added salt, black pepper, chopped fresh garlic, chili pepper and couldn’t resist adding parsley. But I didn’t want to add cumin. Thanks to the author for the recipe! I will now diversify my first courses with this soup.
