    Pour cold water over the meat and place on the stove. Bring to a boil over high heat and then skim off any white foam that forms. Reduce the flame and cook the chicken under a closed lid until cooked (it will take 30 to 45 minutes).

    Meanwhile, prepare everything else. Peel onions, carrots, garlic and potatoes. Rinse vegetables in clean water.

This recipe for canned bean and chicken soup has really helped me out and takes minimal time to prepare! The chicken only cooks for half an hour, and the beans are already cooked. The chicken leg yielded quite a lot of meat) I liked adding homemade ketchup and garlic to the roast; the finished soup greatly improves its taste! When cooking this soup, the main thing is to wait until the chicken and potatoes are ready, and then it takes very little time to finish cooking the whole soup. We all loved this soup! It is bright, beautiful, and looks delicious. The taste is wonderful! I especially like the potatoes soaked in chicken broth and vegetables. Garlic is generally the theme here, you can even add it to the plate) Freshly ground pepper also adds a pleasant spice, but I love it more for its spicy aroma.
