STEP 1

How to make a miracle with meat? Prepare all products according to the list. Take premium flour and sift it through a fine sieve in advance. Thaw the minced meat overnight on the bottom shelf of the refrigerator. Peel the onion, wash and dry. Products for the test should be at room temperature.
STEP 2

Take a deep bowl. Beat the eggs into it, add a pinch of salt and beat everything with a fork or whisk.
STEP 3

Pour in a glass of water and stir.
STEP 4

Make a well in a container with sifted flour, pour the egg mixture into it and knead the dough. You may need a little more or less flour depending on its properties.
STEP 5

Well-kneaded dough is smooth, even and elastic. Cover it with a towel and let it rest for about 20 minutes. During this time, the gluten in the flour will swell and it will be easier to work with.
STEP 6

Meanwhile, make the filling. Finely chop the peeled onion.
STEP 7

Place the chopped onion in a bowl and pour half a glass of boiling water over it. Let it sit for a while - this will allow the onion to release its bitterness and become more tender in taste.
STEP 8

Pour wine or other fruit vinegar into the minced meat (for miracles it is better to take beef or lamb).

Add ground pepper.
STEP 10

Add a mixture of dry spices - I have a specially selected Caucasian mixture for such dishes.
STEP 11

Now add the poured onion along with water to the minced meat; meat broth is also very often added to the miracle - it’s your choice)
STEP 12

Salt the minced meat.
STEP 13

Mix the minced meat well - and our miracle filling is ready!
STEP 14

Once the dough has rested, divide it into equal portions about the size of your fist.
STEP 15

Sprinkle the table with flour. Roll out each piece of dough thinly.
STEP 16

Place minced meat on one half of the dough.
STEP 17

Cover the minced meat with the second half of the dough and seal the edges well. Do this with all pieces of dough.
STEP 18

Sprinkle a dry baking tray with flour and place the prepared miracles on it. To be safe, it is better to cover the baking tray with baking paper, but do not grease it with oil or grease.
STEP 19

Bake the miracle at 200 degrees for about 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Select the exact time according to your oven.
STEP 20

Grease the finished miracle with butter for brightness.
STEP 21
