    How to make a miracle with meat? Prepare all products according to the list. Take premium flour and sift it through a fine sieve in advance. Thaw the minced meat overnight on the bottom shelf of the refrigerator. Peel the onion, wash and dry. Products for the test should be at room temperature.

    Take a deep bowl. Beat the eggs into it, add a pinch of salt and beat everything with a fork or whisk.

    Pour in a glass of water and stir.

    Make a well in a container with sifted flour, pour the egg mixture into it and knead the dough. You may need a little more or less flour depending on its properties.

    Well-kneaded dough is smooth, even and elastic. Cover it with a towel and let it rest for about 20 minutes. During this time, the gluten in the flour will swell and it will be easier to work with.

    Meanwhile, make the filling. Finely chop the peeled onion.

    Place the chopped onion in a bowl and pour half a glass of boiling water over it. Let it sit for a while - this will allow the onion to release its bitterness and become more tender in taste.

    Pour wine or other fruit vinegar into the minced meat (for miracles it is better to take beef or lamb).

    Add ground pepper.

    Add a mixture of dry spices - I have a specially selected Caucasian mixture for such dishes.

    Once the dough has rested, divide it into equal portions about the size of your fist.
