Avery Anderson

From an early age, I sat at the stove next to my grandmother, watching her lovingly create magic from simple ingredients. These moments taught me that the kitchen is the heart of the family, the place where ideas, conversations and, of course, food gather. Traveling around the world, I fell in love with the variety of flavors: from spicy Indian curries to delicate Italian pastas. My goal is to make cooking accessible to everyone, to show that anyone can create something amazing simply by following their tastes and intuition. I graduated from the faculty of Culinary Arts at West Coast University of Applied Sciences.
