STEP 1

How to very simply and quickly prepare chicken breast cutlets with onions and various seasonings, which are sure to please many and will pleasantly surprise you with their excellent taste? First of all, prepare the necessary products and spices to prepare the most tender chicken cutlets for lunch or dinner.
STEP 2

To prepare cutlets, take five hundred grams of chicken fillet, then cut it into small random cubes and place in a suitable deep bowl.
STEP 3

Pour salt to taste into a bowl with chopped chicken fillet, place one pre-finely chopped onion in it and add one teaspoon of aromatic chicken seasoning.
STEP 4

Add to a common bowl two tablespoons of potato starch, which can be replaced with wheat flour or semolina, one teaspoon of aromatic red paprika and thoroughly mix all the ingredients together.
STEP 5

Take a small bowl and crack one chicken egg into it, then add one tablespoon of 15% sour cream into it and beat all the ingredients until smooth.
STEP 6

Pour the homogeneous egg-sour cream mixture into a bowl with minced chicken, then thoroughly mix all the ingredients together and put the bowl in the refrigerator for twenty to thirty minutes so that the minced chicken is infused and saturated with spices.

After time has passed, mix the cooked chicken mince well again in the bowl before forming the cutlets.
STEP 8

Take a suitable frying pan and place it on the stove that is on, then pour two tablespoons of vegetable oil into it and heat it at medium heat on the stove, then put one tablespoon of minced chicken into the frying pan and form cutlets of the required size.
STEP 9

Fry the formed cutlets in a frying pan until golden brown on each side at medium heat on the stove.
STEP 10

Place the cooked chicken cutlets from the frying pan onto a plate and serve with a side dish of your choice.
