    Pour chicken meat and onions into a bowl of a suitable size, beat in an egg, add mayonnaise, add starch and salt. At this stage, you can also add seasonings to taste and chopped fresh dill.

    In a frying pan, heat 2 tablespoons of refined vegetable oil for the first batch of cutlets. There is no need to pour more oil so that the cutlets do not come out greasy, plus they will still release juice. When the oil is hot, add one tablespoon of minced meat at a time, forming round cakes. Moderate heat Fry for 4-5 minutes until browned.

I made three batches in a small frying pan.

I ground the chicken breast in a blender and chopped the onion with a knife as in the recipe. The cutlets are fried quickly; I placed the finished cutlets on a paper towel to absorb excess fat. Starch and mayonnaise made the cutlets very tender with a golden brown crust. Well, very juicy and tasty cutlets, we ate them right away for dinner with the whole family.
