Cabbage rolls with bell pepper in the oven

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
We begin preparing delicious cabbage rolls and, having prepared the necessary products with spices, cut off the lower part of the head of Chinese cabbage.

Place cabbage leaves in a large bowl.
STEP 3
Pour one liter of boiling water over the cabbage leaves.
STEP 4
Cover the cabbage leaves poured with boiling water on top with a plate.
STEP 5
Not very finely chop two heads of onions.
STEP 6
Place the chopped onion in a frying pan heated with vegetable oil and stir-fry until transparent.
STEP 7
Grate one carrot on a coarse grater.
STEP 8
Place grated carrots in a frying pan.
STEP 9
Lightly fry the onions and carrots while stirring.
STEP 10
To drain all the water, place the cabbage leaves in a colander.
STEP 11
Place six hundred grams of minced meat according to your taste and desire into a deep bowl, then place three hundred and fifty grams of boiled rice into it.

Place half the fried onions and carrots from the frying pan into a bowl.
STEP 13
Pour coriander, salt and a mixture of black and red peppers into a bowl with minced meat to your taste.

Mix all ingredients very well in a bowl.

Place two tomatoes cut into slices in a frying pan with the remaining onions and carrots, which we placed on the stove.

Cut half the bell pepper into thin rings, then chop a little.

Place the chopped bell peppers in the pan with the vegetables.

Grate the bottom part of the Chinese cabbage on a coarse grater.

Place the grated cabbage in a common bowl and mix all the ingredients together again.

Over medium heat, fry the vegetables in a frying pan, then add two cloves of garlic, cut into slices, salt to taste, a mixture of peppers and a bay leaf.

Mix all the ingredients in a frying pan and turn off the stove and let the vegetables steep a little.

Place one full tablespoon of cooked minced meat on each cabbage leaf.

Roll the cabbage leaf with the filling into a tight roll.

We tuck the side edges of the cabbage leaf inward on each side.

Place cabbage rolls on a baking sheet lined with cabbage leaves.

We lay out the roasted cabbage rolls and pour eight hundred milliliters of meat broth into a baking sheet, then cover the baking sheet with foil and put it in an oven preheated to two hundred degrees for one hour, after which we remove the foil and bake the cabbage rolls for another fifteen minutes until golden.

After time has passed, we take out the baking sheet with the cooked cabbage rolls from the oven.
