STEP 1

How to make brizol from minced meat in a frying pan at home? Prepare your food. Any minced meat is suitable - beef, pork, poultry or a mixture of them. Take category C1 eggs. Any cheese is suitable for this dish - hard, semi-hard, soft, such as mozzarella. The main thing is that it is tasty, of high quality, without milk fat substitutes and melts well.
STEP 2

Since a pancake made from eggs and minced meat fries quickly, prepare the filling in advance. To do this, cut the tomato into thin slices.
STEP 3

Cut the cucumber into thin strips.
STEP 4

Grate the cheese on a fine grater - this will melt it faster.
STEP 5

Squeeze a clove of garlic into the mayonnaise and stir. You can also add finely chopped herbs to the sauce.
STEP 6

Salt the eggs and beat with a fork until smooth. Salt and pepper the meat. Knead it well and divide it into two parts, according to the number of brizols.
STEP 7

Spread cling film on the board and place a ball of minced meat on it. Cover the meat with film and top. Roll the minced meat into a very thin cake using a rolling pin. Make the diameter according to the size of the frying pan in which you will fry the brizol. I have 24cm.
STEP 8

Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Pour vegetable oil onto it. Pour in half the egg mixture and spread it like a pancake over the pan. Remove the top film from the meat patty. Transfer the minced meat onto the bottom film and turn it over onto the egg pancake. Remove the film. STEP 9

Fry the brizol over low heat, covered, until the egg is browned, then turn over to the other side. Cover the pan again with a lid and fry the brizol for about 5 minutes.
STEP 10

Remove the tortilla to a plate, egg side down. Spread it with mayonnaise. Add chopped tomato and cucumber. Sprinkle everything with cheese.
STEP 11

Roll the still hot tortilla into a roll. Fry the second brizol in the same way.
STEP 12

Serve the brizoli immediately. Bon appetit!
