Cut the white loaf of bread into thin pieces.

Slice the lemon very thinly into slices.

Heat a frying pan with a small amount of sunflower oil and, placing pieces of bread, begin to make croutons.

Cut the lemon slices into halves.

Finely chop the green onions, dill and parsley.

Fry the bread on both sides until crispy.

Place the prepared croutons on a plate and begin to form sandwiches.
