  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make thin pancakes with sour milk? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Sift the flour through a sieve a couple of times. Hint: flour can vary greatly in moisture content, gluten percentage and other indicators, so it is always better to sift a little more flour and add it to the dough in parts. It may take a little more or a little less flour, the main thing is to achieve the desired consistency.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

To prepare the pancake batter, use a tall bowl to prevent the batter from splashing when mixing. Break the eggs into the bowl and add a little sugar and a pinch of salt.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Then pour vegetable oil and sour milk into the bowl.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Pour flour into the dough (in two or three additions to be able to adjust its quantity) and a pinch of soda and mix everything well. To obtain a homogeneous consistency, you can use a mixer.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

The finished dough should be liquid. It is from the liquid dough that thin pancakes will be obtained.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Heat a pancake pan until hot. Before the first pancake, grease the pan with a little vegetable oil. Pour a little batter into a hot frying pan and spread it over the entire surface in a thin layer. Fry the pancakes on both sides over medium heat until golden brown.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Stack the finished pancakes on top of each other and cover with a lid to prevent them from drying out. Serve pancakes with jam, condensed milk or sour cream. Very tasty with tea, coffee, milk or compote. Bon appetit!

I make these pancakes using a similar recipe. Add boiling water to the dough, try it.

Previously, it seemed to me that thin pancakes with sour milk were so long and tedious to cook, but now it seems like the easiest and most interesting task in the kitchen. The main thing is a good recipe. The pancakes turned out delicious. Just the same with tea and jam. The pancakes are also beautiful.

This is now my favorite pancake recipe ❤️I don’t have time to drink the milk and it turns sour quickly, but it’s wonderful when it can be so easily turned into such a delicious treat!! It is very simple to prepare, the pancakes are easy to flip and turn out thin and delicate. While one side is baking, I brush the other side with butter - this way they bake very nicely and evenly. In a word, cooking is a pleasure, but eating it is even better! I love this delicate taste of fermented milk pancakes, you can experiment with fillings, I use berries from the garden for summer)

Cool pancakes, good recipe)) it took less flour, I even had to add boiling water. The hand already knows what kind of dough it should be) The most important thing is that they don’t tear in my uneven frying pan without oil :) and I added less sugar.
