Chicken legs fried in a pan with vegetable sauce

STEP 1

We prepare the necessary ingredients with spices to prepare delicious fried chicken legs with vegetable sauce.
STEP 2

We make cuts on each chicken leg with a knife and open them for better cooking.
STEP 3

Heat a frying pan on the stove with vegetable oil added to it to taste and fry the chicken legs until golden brown on both sides.
STEP 4

Add salt and pepper mixture to the pan to taste.
STEP 5

Cut three tomatoes into four parts and place them in a convenient container in which you previously placed the parsley.
STEP 6

Cut half of the onion into large pieces and add to the container with the tomatoes and herbs.

Cut one peeled bell pepper into pieces and add to a common container.

Finely chop half of the hot chili pepper and add to the container with the rest of the vegetables.

Add salt and a mixture of peppers to taste to the container with vegetables and grind with a blender until smooth.

Squeeze six cloves of garlic through a press and add to the container with the sauce.

Add a little vegetable oil to a deep frying pan and heat it well, then add the vegetable sauce, which you simmer and stir for thirty minutes.

Reduce the heat to low, turn the chicken legs over in the pan and cook until done, covering with a lid.
STEP 13

Place boiled rice as a side dish on plates, add fried chicken legs, pour over the prepared sauce and serve.
