    STEP 1

How to make turkey juicy and tender in a frying pan? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. I use turkey thigh fillet, but this recipe can be used to make other turkey cuts as well. I use fresh meat; if it is frozen, it must first be thawed, leaving it at room temperature. Take a medium-sized onion. For spices, you can add bay leaf, allspice or your other favorite spices.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Rinse the turkey meat under cold running water and pat dry. Cut into small pieces.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Heat a frying pan over high heat, pour vegetable oil into it and place the chopped meat. Fry the meat on all sides until it changes color over high heat.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Peel the onions and cut into half rings. Add chopped onion to fried meat. Add salt, pepper and mix everything well. Fry the meat over medium heat for 15 - 20 minutes, uncovered and stirring constantly.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

After 20 minutes, the meat will be ready: it will be soft, the onion will not lose its shape and will release all the juices to the meat. If you want the meat to break down into fibers (but the onion will then become a sauce), then cover the pan with a lid and continue cooking for another 30 minutes, remembering to stir.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Place the finished juicy turkey fillet on plates and serve hot. There are many options for a side dish: rice, mashed potatoes, pasta or vegetables. Focus on your taste preferences. Bon appetit!

Turkey in a frying pan is juicy and soft - this is an extremely simple dish from a minimal set of ingredients. And it turns out very satisfying and tasty. I used turkey thigh meat. I fried the meat over high heat for about five minutes, then added the onion and fried for another 15 minutes. Next, I decided to follow the second option proposed by the author: I covered the frying pan with a lid, reduced the heat and left the meat to simmer. True, not for 30 minutes, but for 15. The onion turned into a sauce, and the turkey turned out to be incredibly tender and soft. The overall taste of the dish is amazing, despite the fact that it essentially consists of only two ingredients: bright, rich. Thank you very much for recipe!

Anna, thank you for the simple and quick recipe. I also have an interesting turkey recipe that I would like to offer. This is turkey goulash with gravy.
