The fillet (and not only) part of this bird is cooked super quickly in a slow cooker. The only negative is that turkey is much tougher and drier than chicken. But you can use some tricks and try to soften it and make it more juicy. Here we mean any dishes without exception. The best and repeatedly proven method is pickling. That is, the turkey must be marinated in advance in any suitable sauce or marinade. If you don’t like the taste of vinegar too much (although it goes away completely during heat treatment), you can simply rub the pieces of meat with sour cream or mayonnaise. A regular mixture of spices and salt will also work - rub the meat on all sides with it and leave for half an hour.

The second method is not very suitable for restrictive nutrition, but nevertheless it is also good and time-tested. Turkey fillet should be fried in oil on both sides until golden brown. If your dish requires small parts, cut the meat just as finely and fry it to the same crust. If you need large ones, cut them large and fry them too.
