STEP 1
How to make ground turkey cutlets in a frying pan? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Choose turkey meat without bones. It is advisable that it is not frozen. Choose chilled meat. Soak the loaf slices in milk and leave to soak for a while. They are necessary to give the cutlets juiciness.
STEP 2
Cut the turkey meat into pieces, pass through a meat grinder and turn into minced meat. The best minced meat is the minced meat you make yourself. But if this is not possible, then you can buy a ready-made one.
STEP 3
Following the meat, grind the loaf soaked in milk and peeled onion through a meat grinder. Combine everything in a bowl. Add salt, spices and a little mustard to taste. Mustard will add zest to the taste. You don't have to add it if you wish.

Fry the cutlets over low heat for 2-3 minutes on each side. The cutlets will turn golden brown.
STEP 7
Place the finished cutlets in a small saucepan and keep covered. They will still be steamed and ready. For the cutlets, you can prepare a side dish of mashed potatoes and a salad of fresh vegetables. Bon appetit!
