  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to make ground turkey cutlets in a frying pan? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Choose turkey meat without bones. It is advisable that it is not frozen. Choose chilled meat. Soak the loaf slices in milk and leave to soak for a while. They are necessary to give the cutlets juiciness.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Cut the turkey meat into pieces, pass through a meat grinder and turn into minced meat. The best minced meat is the minced meat you make yourself. But if this is not possible, then you can buy a ready-made one.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Following the meat, grind the loaf soaked in milk and peeled onion through a meat grinder. Combine everything in a bowl. Add salt, spices and a little mustard to taste. Mustard will add zest to the taste. You don't have to add it if you wish.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Mix all ingredients well and turn into a homogeneous mass. To make the minced meat denser and prevent the cutlets from falling apart during frying, beat the cutlet mass several times on the bottom of the bowl.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Pour some vegetable oil into a hot frying pan. With wet hands, form small cutlets and shape them. Place the cutlets in the pan.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Fry the cutlets over low heat for 2-3 minutes on each side. The cutlets will turn golden brown.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Place the finished cutlets in a small saucepan and keep covered. They will still be steamed and ready. For the cutlets, you can prepare a side dish of mashed potatoes and a salad of fresh vegetables. Bon appetit!

I prepared minced turkey cutlets in a frying pan according to this recipe and added a little of my own. I prepared the minced meat myself by grinding turkey fillet through a meat grinder with a small amount of pork, onion and garlic. Added a loaf soaked in milk and an egg. From the spices I added ground coriander and salt. I thoroughly mixed the minced meat and beat it against the sides of the bowl as recommended by the author. With wet hands, I formed round cutlets and fried them on both sides in oil in a frying pan. Cooked over low heat, covered, until golden brown. It turned out very tasty. My child happily devoured a couple of cutlets, and I served them with mashed potatoes. The cutlets turned out juicy and tender. I really liked that you don’t need to roll in flour or breadcrumbs, so the cutlets are softer. Tasty! Wonderful recipe! Thanks to the author 😊

Wonderfully tender and dietary cutlets! Despite the fact that we have minced turkey, the minced turkey cutlets in the frying pan turned out to be very juicy. Cool idea to add mustard to the minced meat. I added the recipe to my piggy bank, thank you very much!
