I really liked the recipe! It only takes 7 minutes before you put it in the oven! I don’t peel apples either, it tastes better to me. Even a five-year-old child managed it the second time :) Everything is taken into account: fast, tasty, fluffy, low in calories, bakes evenly. The only thing is that it turns out more fluffy when you add soda at a later stage. You can see this from the photo. Thank you for the recipe, we bake often now, and we are waiting for our apples to harvest.

A quick and simple recipe, the charlotte turns out very tasty. I add vanillin. A good decision to take away some of the country apples! Kefir makes the dough more tender.

I’m delighted, the dough is simply amazing, and it became so fluffy in the oven, it’s just lovely! The only thing is that I took the wrong apples, they turned out to be too sour, which is why the top is sour :(I, on the contrary, hoped that it was the sourness for me it will be to your liking, but it turned out... wow, not the way I wanted, the recipe is easy and very fast! counting the time that I spent on cutting the apples, no more than 8 minutes passed, anyone can definitely cook this, I’m sure (my mother is on vacation, so I baked it alone while no one was home and everything turned out delicious, although this was the first time I’d heard about such a baked goods as “charlotte”) of course, I messed up the oven a little... but that’s the oven’s fault, if it had been electric gas, then the apples on top would not be burnt, but would rather have a light caramel blush. The recipe is gorgeous! Thanks for it

The charlotte turned out rich, tender and not dry due to the apples! I used sweet and sour apples, as recommended for charlotte. Appetizing - yellow color to the baked goods, country eggs were added. The charlotte with apples on kefir in the oven was lush and delighted all the guests!
