Apple pie in a frying pan without oven

Ingredients
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

How to make apple pie in a frying pan? Prepare your food. Apples are best suited to tart varieties, such as Antonovka or Granny Smith; these varieties are especially aromatic in baked goods. Take refined, odorless vegetable oil. Don’t be afraid of the vinegar in the composition; it will cause a reaction to begin in the dough, which will result in the dough rising. Instead of vanilla sugar, you can put vanillin, you only need a little of it - a pinch, it is very rich.
STEP 2

Take a frying pan; it is better if it has a thick bottom - then the cake will bake more evenly. I have a non-stick frying pan. Grease the bottom and sides of the pan with soft butter. Take a tablespoon of sugar from the total amount and sprinkle it on the greased parts. Shake the pan to distribute the sugar throughout the butter. It will stick and turn crispy when baked.
STEP 3

Wash the apples well. Cut them crosswise into rings about 7 mm wide. Using a bottle cap, cut out the centers of the seed rings.
STEP 4

Place the rings in the pan. I have a frying pan with a diameter of 24 cm, 8 rings fit.
STEP 5

Take a bowl and crack an egg into it. Add salt, vanilla and regular sugar to it. Beat the egg and sugar with a whisk. It is not necessary to beat for a long time - just mix the products until smooth.
STEP 6

Pour milk and vegetable oil into a bowl. Mix with a whisk until smooth.
STEP 7

Pour flour into the dough in parts, sifting it through a sieve. The dough should turn out like sour cream of medium thickness (if necessary, add a little flour or, conversely, omit some part). Stir the mixture after each portion of flour. .At the end, sift the baking powder. And then pour in the vinegar. Mix the dough quickly. A reaction will begin between the baking powder and vinegar, resulting in the release of carbon dioxide, which will raise the dough during baking.
STEP 8

Pour the batter over the apples in the pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.
STEP 9

And immediately put the frying pan on the fire. Make the heat as low as possible - then the dough will bake and the apples will not burn. Cover the pan with a lid.
STEP 10

Bake a simple pie without an oven in a frying pan for about 10 minutes (the time is approximate, it can be less or more and depends on your stove and pan), it will become completely dry on top and browned on the bottom. Turn it over to the other side using a plate. First, cover the pan with a plate and turn the pan upside down. The pie will end up on the plate. Using a spatula, gently shake the cake back into the pan.
STEP 11

Place the lid back on the pan and bake the cake for about 10 minutes more.
STEP 12

Also, use a plate to remove the finished pie. it is very soft when hot and can break, which is why a plate is needed. Cool the pie and serve. Or you can serve it immediately hot, with a scoop of ice cream.
