I made turkey soup with noodles and potatoes primarily for children; they love this soup more than anyone else. I cooked the broth from the turkey wing for about 1.5 hours. For taste, I added a few cubes of frozen homemade chicken broth. I didn’t fry the onions and carrots too much, but simmered them until soft. I cut the potatoes into cubes. I took a “cobweb” from pasta. The soup turned out to be dietary, in my opinion, this is what we need. It is tasty, light, tender. The whole family liked it.
