  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

How to cook chicken soup with noodles and potatoes? Prepare all the ingredients. Let's start by cooking the broth. I took a soup set for this, but you can use any other parts of the chicken. Rinse the chicken well, place in a saucepan, cover with cold, high-quality, filtered water and put on fire. When the water boils, reduce the heat, remove the scum and cook over medium heat, without letting the broth boil too much, for 15-20 minutes. Do not cover the pan with a lid.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Peel the onion. Wash the carrots with a brush and peel them. Cut the vegetables into small cubes and add to the broth being prepared. Add half a tablespoon of salt. At the end of cooking the chicken soup, you can add salt to the dish to your liking. Cook the chicken and vegetables for 20 minutes over low heat, avoiding boiling.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Wash the potatoes with a brush under running water, peel them, cut into small cubes and add to the soup. Cook for another 15-20 minutes after boiling.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Add vermicelli to the soup, salt and pepper to taste. Add bay leaf if desired. Keep the soup on the fire for 2 minutes and turn off the heat. If you want, add spices to taste. Instead of vermicelli, you can use other pasta. If the soup is being prepared for children, then there is no need to add black pepper and other spices.

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Let the finished chicken soup with noodles and potatoes sit under the lid for at least 10 minutes. Then pour it into portioned plates and serve. Add fresh chopped herbs (parsley, dill or green onions) to taste. Bon appetit!

Great chicken soup. I cook it regularly and the whole family loves it. For variety, you can try this option with the addition of processed cheese.

My daughter loves this simple soup. The main thing is that without frying! Making this soup is simple and quick. The chicken does not take long to cook, and the vegetables are added immediately raw. Only my daughter doesn’t like diced carrots, so she grated them on a coarse grater. I also used a soup set for the soup. I usually buy three large chickens and cut them up for several dishes at once, I learned this from an old book for housewives) I ran out of small noodles, I just broke the spaghetti. Although "cobweb" is the most suitable for children's soup. I added a little turmeric for color; my daughter liked this simple yellow soup. A wonderful recipe for a simple first course.

I really liked the recipe for chicken soup with noodles and potatoes because it is prepared without frying. It turns out light and dietary. For the broth, I used chicken fillet so that the soup would not be too rich, since I was cooking it for a child. I also always grate carrots in first courses; my child refuses to eat carrots in pieces. And I did everything else according to the recipe. A wonderful soup for adults and children. I recommend everyone to take a closer look at the recipe. Thanks to the author for the recipe!
