Turkey drumstick soup is not difficult to cook, but it turns out to be a very tasty and satisfying first course. I had all the necessary ingredients. I prepared the soup from three liters of water. The drumstick was cooked for a little over an hour. I took three potatoes. I didn’t measure the vermicelli, I added it to the soup by eye. The soup turned out wonderful: rich, aromatic, with a rich and bright taste. It seems to me that it turned out much richer with turkey broth than with chicken broth. The whole family was satisfied. Julia, thank you very much for the recipe!

My children love white soups, but they are not so easy to diversify. Turkey soup solves the issue of variety. In addition, turkey is well suited for baby food, and all adults benefit from this meat. And it is easily digestible and satisfying at the same time. I prepared everything according to the recipe. And I fried it so that the carrots would give color to the broth. The soup turned out to have a mild, pleasant taste) The children ate it with great pleasure. Now I will introduce this soup into our diet. Next time I’ll have to try it with rice, it’ll give you a new taste. Thanks for the recipe! I recommend turkey soup to everyone as a dietary meal, or just for fun!
