I never pass up two-in-one recipes, where both the side dish and the meat are cooked at once. And if we are talking about tender turkey and new potatoes, then there is no doubt, you need to cook. And I was right. The dish turned out to be homemade, tasty and satisfying. The meat is soft, the potatoes are crumbly, the gravy is flavorful. I first quickly fried the chopped turkey fillet on all sides over high heat until a crust formed in order to seal the meat juices inside. I also had some champignons missing in my refrigerator. I know how delicious the combination of mushrooms and sour cream is, so I decided that they would definitely fit here. I cleaned the mushrooms, cut them into thin slices and fried them in olive oil. I was surprised by the rosemary in the recipe. I usually add it to fish, but I haven’t added it to meat, but in vain. The subtle aroma of fresh spicy herbs suited this dish 100%. I'll take the recipe into account, thank you!
