Beef in pots with potatoes is perfect for lunch and dinner for the whole family. To prepare this dish, I took beef with a bone; I wanted it to have some richness. I cut the meat into portions, salted it, added ground paprika and ground black pepper. I left it to soak in the spices. I cut the potatoes into cubes, the carrots into slices, and did not add onions. I placed carrots at the bottom of the pots, then potatoes and bay leaves, and placed pieces of meat on top. Added water, just above the level of the meat. I closed the pots with lids and placed them in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. My pots were on a baking sheet at the very bottom of the oven. Cooking time 1 hour 10 minutes. Yours may be faster, everyone's oven is different. The dish turned out tasty and aromatic. The meat is soft and juicy. Served with finely chopped green onions. Simply delicious.
