    How to bake a turkey with vegetables in the oven? Prepare the ingredients according to the list. Take the turkey sirloin. I recommend using bell peppers in different colors - then the dish will look more beautiful. Choose vegetable oil according to your taste, I used olive oil. You can also choose a set of herbs and spices to suit your taste.

    Wash the potatoes, dry, peel and cut into medium cubes. Wash the bell peppers, dry them, remove seeds and stems and cut into cubes. Wash the zucchini, dry it and cut it into cubes.

    Place all the vegetables in a baking dish, alternating colors.

    Salt and pepper. Pour in 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil and stir.

    Cover the pan with foil and place in an oven preheated to 180°C for about 30 minutes. Determine the exact baking time and temperature based on your oven.

    Wash the turkey fillet, dry it and cut into medium pieces.
