Turkey with vegetables in the oven

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
How to bake a turkey with vegetables in the oven? Prepare the ingredients according to the list. Take the turkey sirloin. I recommend using bell peppers in different colors - then the dish will look more beautiful. Choose vegetable oil according to your taste, I used olive oil. You can also choose a set of herbs and spices to suit your taste.
STEP 2
Wash the potatoes, dry, peel and cut into medium cubes. Wash the bell peppers, dry them, remove seeds and stems and cut into cubes. Wash the zucchini, dry it and cut it into cubes.
STEP 3
Place all the vegetables in a baking dish, alternating colors.
STEP 4
Salt and pepper. Pour in 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil and stir.
STEP 5
Cover the pan with foil and place in an oven preheated to 180°C for about 30 minutes. Determine the exact baking time and temperature based on your oven.
STEP 6
Wash the turkey fillet, dry it and cut into medium pieces.
STEP 7
Peel the garlic and cut into slices.
STEP 8
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the garlic and meat over high heat, stirring, for about 3 minutes. This is necessary to seal all the meat juices inside. This way the meat will not dry out during baking and will acquire a delicious golden crust.
STEP 9
At the end of frying, salt and pepper the meat.
STEP 10
Place the roasted turkey with garlic in the pan with the baked vegetables.
STEP 11
Wash the cherry tomatoes, dry and cut in half.
STEP 12
Add the tomatoes to the vegetables and meat. Cover the pan with foil again and place in the oven for about 20 minutes more.
STEP 13
Remove the pan with the dish from the oven. Sprinkle the dish with dried Provençal herbs.
STEP 14
Prepare the ingredients for the sauce. You can take any greens for it. For me it’s cilantro and dill. Also choose the volume of greens to taste. Sour cream can be any fat content of your choice. You can replace it with natural unsweetened yogurt. Wash and dry the greens.
STEP 15
Finely chop the dill and cilantro. Combine chopped greens with sour cream and stir.
STEP 16
Serve the turkey with vegetables, topped with sour cream sauce. Bon appetit!
