STEP 1
Prepare the ingredients. To cook turkey with zucchini in the oven, we will need: 400 g turkey fillet
STEP 2
Wash the turkey fillet, dry it and cut into small pieces.
STEP 3
Wash the zucchini and cut into semicircles or circles if the diameter of the vegetables is small.
STEP 4
Wash the tomatoes, dry and cut into slices. I used cherry tomatoes, which I cut in half.
STEP 5
Peel the garlic and chop finely.
STEP 6
In a bowl, combine turkey, zucchini, tomatoes and garlic.

Water vegetables with 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil, salt, pepper and mix.
STEP 8
Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil. Place meat and vegetables in it. Bake turkey with zucchini for about 40 minutes at 180°C.
