I haven't cooked turkey steak yet. I really liked this dish both in taste and appearance! Thanks to the fried crust, all the juices remained inside the meat, which is very cool. For spices, I used smoked paprika, turmeric and rosemary. For the onion pillow, I cut two onions into rings. For steaks, I chose turkey breast; the meat was soft, juicy and flavorful. As a sauce, I mixed sour cream with a clove of garlic. Super tasty meat! I recommend everyone to cook!
