Egg pizza in a frying pan is a great breakfast! The base is a tender omelette, and the topping is juicy, just like a real pizza. My frying pan is a little wider, so I took three large eggs and one and a half spoons of sour cream. At first I wanted to turn it over using a wide spatula, but it didn’t work, so I used a frying pan lid. Then I laid out the filling and fried it over low heat for about ten minutes. By the way, the cheese sprinkled on the base of the pizza perfectly held together all the filling. It turned out very tasty, juicy, satisfying!
