Pizza in a frying pan
There are two options here: 1) Place or pour the dough on the bottom, brown the bottom, carefully turn it over, add the filling, cover with a lid. 2) Add all the additives at once, bake over low heat without removing the lid. Turn off the gas and let the dish brew for a few more minutes. Recipes for pizza in a frying pan differ in a few details from traditional baking: - The base should be made as thin as possible, no more than 5 mm. And better than a liquid consistency. - Frying time - up to 20 minutes, regardless of turning. This time is enough for the dough to bake, the cheese to melt, and the food to soak in the sauce. - Prepare vegetables and meat separately: boil, bake, sauté. Raw foods will not have time to fry together with the pancake. - Be moderate with juicy ingredients, such as tomatoes. Excess juice harms the thin crust; as a result, the dish can either burn or become too soft and tear. - Grate the cheese five minutes before the end of cooking, making sure that the base is sufficiently browned. Same with sauces.
