STEP 1

How to make pizza with tomatoes in a frying pan? Prepare your food. Take either one large egg or two small ones. They must first be washed with baking soda, as there may be harmful bacteria on their surface. You can use ketchup instead of tomato sauce.
STEP 2

How to make pizza dough in a frying pan? Place mayonnaise and sour cream in a bowl, beat in the egg. Add a little salt, keeping in mind that the dough already contains salty mayonnaise. Stir liquid ingredients. Add flour little by little, kneading well after each addition. The dough should look like thick sour cream, thicker than pancakes. You may need a little less or more flour than indicated, focus on the consistency of the dough.
STEP 3

Take a non-stick frying pan, mine is 24 cm in diameter. Grease it with a drop of vegetable oil. Place the dough on the frying pan and, using a spatula, spread it in a thin layer over the surface of the frying pan, making a rim around the edges.
STEP 4

Grease the dough with tomato sauce or ketchup. You can make it yourself by pureeing a fresh, skinless tomato in a blender and adding sugar and salt. Sprinkle the base with spices; Italian herbs are good for this. I took oregano.
STEP 5

Wash the tomatoes in running water, dry and cut into very thin slices.
STEP 6

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Choose natural cheese without adding vegetable fats.
STEP 7

Sprinkle the pizza base with grated cheese.
STEP 8

Place tomato slices on top so that they cover the entire space.
STEP 9

Place the frying pan on low heat. Cover it with a lid and fry the pizza for about 15 minutes, until the dough is ready. It should be dry on top and golden brown on the bottom. The time is approximate, as it will depend on the thickness of the dough, the chosen frying pan and the operating characteristics of the stove.
STEP 10

Serve the pizza sprinkled with herbs. Bon appetit!
